Sculpture Flats is a pair of three-story apartment buildings having studio flats, one, and two bedroom layouts on the upper levels. The name stems from the view of Sculpture Fields across the street. Amenities include a shared laundry, interior bike storage, and great parking. The buildings front the tree lined street and were strategically designed to help create a sense of place in a part of Main Street that needed some love.Developer: Renew and Connolly Development Ventures

The ground floor flats are dubbed Live/Work, because it can be just that, in a relatively small footprint. The front can function as your office/studio, and the rear is your living area, bedroom, and private patio. Connecting the two, you'll have a galley kitchen, and pass-through bathroom. The intent was to design and build dynamic space to foster creativity through simplicity.
1155 E Main is a 4,000 SF completely renovated commercial retail building that supports two separate store ftronts with a modern industrial vibe. The covered patio creates a street-like feel, and art surrounds the eye. Up until 2017, it was a used tire shop. Now, our two tenants are Handup Gloves and Monarch Fine Jewelry + Professional Piercing.
